A bit about me
In 2019, with a background in industrial design & fine woodworking I decided to take a leap into tech as a frontend developer. My design instincts were spotted early on and I was offered a Junior UX/UI Designer position. I fell in love with the craft and never looked back.
I've worked in remote/hybrid settings since day one, which has given me the chance to travel and discover new people, perspectives, and hobbies. One such hobby was becoming an accredited freediver. The peaceful silence beneath the waves, the marine life, and the challenge of pushing past my comfort zone have made freediving one of my favourite pastimes when I need to feel (ironically enough) grounded.
I strive to work towards a human-friendly future in the face of rapidly emerging technologies. My goals are to leverage new tools and keep pushing what is possible to make products, and their interfaces, humane.
